Every appointment is one-on-one, never rushed and focused completely on you. Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
48+ hours notice: You may reschedule once and transfer your deposit.
Less than 48 hours: Deposit is forfeited and 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Second reschedule: A new deposit is required to book again.
No call / no show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged.
Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require full prepayment for future appointments.
