Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require a 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less then a 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled quoted service, should this happen more then once, it will prohibit you from scheduling a future service with us. No show/No call If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given or exceptions made. Refunds/Deposits If you leave a deposit for any service, the deposit goes towards that specific date and time. The deposit is non-transferrable meaning it cannot be transferred to a future appointment. If you decide to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit. We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.
